I don't know if anyone cares about my opinion on this, but I'm going to post this anyway.

First of all: stop calling eachother names. You can make your point without insulting eachother.

I can understand why bear did this, but I also see where the others are coming from.

I think it was wrong to delete ALL of the threads. I mean, the stories, or even last weeks posts, they didn't have to go. I didn't even get a chance to read Tylers crime story, to read what else happened in the God discussion, to read what Wolfprayer thought of my translation of Afrikaans. You know, it wasn't neccesary to delete everything without a warning. You could have asked people what they wanted to get deleted. For instance Got Rices posts, or the fighting threads.

On the other hand what's done is done and the threads cannot be brought back. Some people were writing "we wanted to solve the problem, not have it ignored/deleted" Running away from the board is not solving the problem either.

As you can see I don't agree with what Bear did, but I'm not threatening to leave either. The threads are not coming back when I leave. Now everyone is gone, so what have we accomplished.

I think everyone has made his point very clear, I really hope we can move on from here. Even though this whole thing is virtual, it has been a part of my life for a couple of years and I don't want to miss it.
